Decent benefits, clean campus (except for the cockroaches in the lunch room)
Cons
A culture of dishonesty. For instance there were certain measurements we’re supposed to make and leads would say to fake the data if it was out of spec. Also I saw them promote someone who completely disregarded SOP and persuaded the lead to allow infectious material into the injectable components.
