Pros
People at Dexcom are outstandingly nice. The regulatory affairs , and the clinical studies , especially the team of investigators studies and external coopertation. There are some noce benefits too.
Cons
Lack of structure. It is a fast growing company, that in the name of the pace neglects lots of aspects of efficiency. Also politics are very strong.
