      Good place to work

      Pros

      I work in Oneshop, so there is always new projects incoming. If you work here, then you can work anywhere else. As a senior, I work with Architects, Product Owners and Business Partners closely. Since there is not so much heirarchy, you can directly chat with Directors, Senior Leads, Architects etc. Free Food Quarter Parties.

      Cons

      Pay is not like Product Based companies. Here more focus is given on delivery, rather work life balance. No cab facilities. If you work sometimes on weekends, then they don't compensate full day salary, instead of 500 rupees and a leave.
