      1. In the world of uncertainty of layoffs, you can feel the Job security in this company. 2. Good and free lunch, breakfast and snacks 3. You have the opportunity to go Europe (not for L1 because developer write code and if some job can be done from here there is no context to do the same thing from Europe) 4. Upper management is stable and that gives you more confidence 5. There are some people who always motivates you and get best out of you

      Cons

      There is no such Cons in this company, but something can improves like 1. You can make a salary bracket for the designation because some SSE are getting more than Lead Engineer 2. Everyone should get the feedback quarterly 3. Parking
