      high churn in sales roles in Belgium

      DT has an extensive portfolio of services plenty of capable resources good reputation on the market

      Cons

      High churn in sales resources reporting to the Belgium Managing Director Less than 25% manage to stay 3 years or longer in their position. 50% does not even stay 12 months. People are either leaving themselves or their contracts get terminated. Also the termination procedure will not be friendly. You will need to engage a lawyer if you want to obtain the compensation you are entitled to.
