      1. internal politics, team lead are not playing role as they should. 2. clutter sometime, ones performance get neglected 3. team lead sometime just become name and only they take salary do nothing

      Excellent organisation to work for. Below are the reasons: 1. Great Products: You get to work on cutting edge telekom products using latest technologies. 2. Excellent Learning opportunites from Internal LND team plus Udemy + Coursera access. 3. Free Food 4. Car Hire to save a lot in Taxes 5. Ultra amazing Office in DLF Cyber City 6. yearly Onsite with a lot of fun. 5. No Micromanagement.

      Great people, stable processes, room to grow

      Cons

      Internal mobility can be slow. Salary slightly below market in some roles. Limited exposure to international decision-making. Hierarchical at times. Bureaucracy in approvals.
