Pros

nothing that I can think of

Cons

No clear vision and direction .Too many changes in short time at the top.Everything is adhoc without any roadmap. If you are a senior technologist and not from a particular ex employer it will be difficult to survive. The so called coterie of a particular ex company will not let you survive. There is no value for team work and cohesive leadership , everyone is trying to to make their jobs more relevant rather than team building,There is a fear in all employees especially if they are not from a particular ex employer
