Pros

Deutsche Bank fosters an entrepreneurial culture which allows input on business expansion at levels as low as analysts. Their graduate program provides an opportunity to observe different business units.

Cons

A big downside is their systems. The technology at deutsche bank, e.g. computers, analytics, etc is not as good as other banks.

Pros

Motivated individuals will find plenty of opportunities for professional and personal growth if they seek it. This is a company that gives back as much as you put in. Internal transfer is strongly encouraged for individuals that want broad experience across the bank.

Cons

As with many large corporations, there are individuals that are not career oriented and put in as little as possible to get by the day. Sometimes DB confuses experience with expertise.
