Pros

Global reach and products. Strong and stable in a harsh environment. Definitely growing in prominence in an evolving financial landscape.

Cons

Large and sometimes slow. Turf wars.

Pros

Money, Money, Money there can be a lot of money. Great people, and an exhilirating work environment. Would probably say that the bank is better than the competition in all respects: diversity, decent work/life balance for the S&Ts and even sometimes the IBers. transparency with management.

Cons

difficult to move up and get foot in the door. There can be some subjectivity in the review process as elsewhere, but the downsides are significantly lower at DB. It can also be beureacratic at times with processes stifling business activity given the size of the bank.
