Pros

Collegial, relaxed atmosphere, down-to-earth. Very global focus. You can have a really good experience if you're in the top groups.

Cons

Feedback/evaluation system and compensation scheme are unrelated. There is a lack of structure here for developing junior resources and little to no career development for mid-level people--your basically on your own to learn on the job.
