Terrible and toxic work environment

Cons
- no training - toxic co workers - management wants people to work OT for free - super disorganized - management ignores you if you ask for help - all other PAAs are overwhelmed and overworked - if management does not like you, they will ignore you and isolate you - affects your mental health in the most negative way - toxic co workers will harass you - lots of gossip So much negative stuff that I can write a full report on my very negative experience. I have the names of both individuals who are a manager and PAA that made my experience so terrible that it affected my work, sleep, and mental health. I was never trained and when I asked for help from management I was always ignored. I want my negative experience to be heard out by Deutsche Bank so no other person goes through what I went through. I would also want Deutsche Bank to have a serious talk with both individuals.
