Pros

Alot of the everyday workers were really good and hard working.

Cons

With over 5 years at the bank I was treated like crap towards the end. The manager's were more like bullies and tried to force you into doing things you should not have to do. If you voice a concern they try push you out. All the slogans and beliefs are just words and used to manipulate you into doing thing that are just wrong.

Pros

Interesting enough work, average benefits

Cons

Incompetent management at all levels, no leadership, tiny raises and bonuses (if at all), no morale, more turnover than your neighborhood Taco Bell.

Pros

Deutsche Bank is a great name brand to have on your CV.

Cons

The Ireland/ East Point branch of DB is poorly managed. In one year, a team of 20 people that started together, 18 have left. All of this due to low morale and incompetent managers that devalue employees.
