Colleagues are very personable, location is great, and easily accessible.

Cons

Management is inexperienced in their positions, very inconsiderate, vindictive, unprofessional, and do not look out for the best interest of the company or the employees, just themselves. The bank has too many investigations, repeated regulatory violations, low staff morale, very poor in employee welfare and wellbeing, disrespectful to those that speak up, high turnover, salaries are poor, and staff stretched thin.
