      Pros

      The company used to offer benefits such as bonuses for achieving quarterly goals, and that's the only benefit it had.

      Cons

      The atmosphere was rather poor, which was inclined to generate small groups of people to speak badly about others, without even knowing them. The management was also a problem, since they were aware of the aforementioned, and did not take any action to generate a professional and adult environment
