      Amazing culture, and content. Just the right mixture of client work and personal development, with an engaging team that's very warm, very welcoming and very hard-working. Reasonable personal to profesiona

      Salary is below market. Also, as projects tend to be very stategical with big corporate clients, the projects tend to be very long, very political, very confidential and a lot of them don't make it to market.

      Challenging company, always moving forward. Quite flat structure that allows you to feel free to talk to anyone whether high or low "rank".

      Cons

      Salary is always a pain but always open to negociate it.
