Pros
Throughout the hiring and onboarding process I felt well communicated with and my needs were well respected. I was consistently given the space and information to make an informed decision about accepting the role. Since the first day I have felt valued and that my opinions were not only listened to but also desired. Everyone working there is incredibly supportive and considerate of each other, it's a lovely environment to work in.
Cons
As a growing team, there's still lots of sectors that are yet to be explored. They are working hard to expand their client portfolio, so it's an exciting time to join, but they're not quite there yet.
