      Pros

      The people are the most amazing part of working at Designit. Everyone is incredibly friendly and always happy to help out. Collaboration is celebrated and the company is also diverse.

      Lots of ambiguity and change - which could also be seen as positives, depending on the person.

      Pros

      At Designit, I get to work alongside competent individuals, where I am encouraged to speak up and share my opinion. This is what makes a huge impact for me. I truthfully feel everyone is included, and the competency and talent within Designit, drives you to learn, teach, push and work on something that matters.

      Cons

      Since COVID Designit has quickly adapted to WFH; and I am personally beginning to miss being around people in my everyday life.
