Pros

Presently, there are limited positives to mention compared to what existed in years past. However, prior to the acquisition by its current parent company, the company boasted a remarkable culture and offered outstanding benefits tailored to remote work. Although the colleagues remain exceptional, doubts linger regarding the leadership within the organization.

Cons

The primary drawbacks include limited opportunities for personal development. The leadership's decision-making is dubious, as they appear indifferent to feedback from experienced colleagues who could offer valuable insights based on their tenure. In recent years, there has been a decline in performance-based rewards and deteriorating benefits. Long-serving employees have seen reductions in their PTO entitlements to accommodate new hires, reflecting a shift in priorities by senior management. While they care about diversity and inclusion, they don't actually give employees the time to contribute to this effort.
