Many Corporate events, big firm name, average pay, networking opportunities, some flexible work from home supported, manageable billables, and free coffee, fruits, and snacks.

Cons

Preferred you working in the office, bad management at the top, junior staff heavy - no one to ask questions, no mentoring/training/guidance, useless HR - only listens to higher-ups and ignores junior staff, partners lashing out on junior staff, lack of secondment opportunities, no effort to retain staff, understaffed.
