Pros

Some teams get to work from home and SOME do not which sucks

Cons

Everything - all of the lawyers are underperforming and they fire people for no reason. Ruining their lives.

Pros

Although Dentons is the largest firm in the world, it does not succumb to the stereotypes of “big law.” While, like anywhere, this is probably partner and practice group specific - the overall culture of Dentons is respectful. They care about your well-being, do not overwhelm you, and encourage work life balance while paying you appropriately for the firm’s scale.

Cons

The national expectation is to work in office three days a week.
