Pros
This team is one of the best I've worked with. While there have been some hurdles, which comes with changes, the group is supportive and collaborative and genuinely nice people. The lawyers are open to ideas and respect the expertise we bring to the conversation. The department is innovative and willing to try new ideas and approaches.
Cons
In a large organization it can be challenging to learn all of the process and protocols of the department and other departments. It just takes time.
