Really enjoy the group of people and their willingness to teach a new person. Felt like I mattered to our group.

Cons

Generally true of BigLaw, the billable hours and lack of a true vacation. Is stressful to be punished in billing time to learn new skills or get/provide feedback.

People are pleasant. Training and CLEs are ok

Cons

Not a law firm. It’s just an office full of lawyers doing their own thing. Eg no set firm policy for flex working. Each team makes their own rules and if you are in a team with psycho partners then you’re in when they tell you to be in. Absolutely zero culture. Avoid.
