Pros

Began with the firm when it was much smaller (before all the merger mania). It was a great firm to work for then. I would have given it all five stars.

Cons

As it got bigger through uncontrolled merging (or combining as they call it), it became very unfriendly to staff (non-legal). High turnover and under resourced. I would not recommend working there. Executive management is very greedy.

Great working with the public and it helps the day go by quickly. There is a lot change and if you can adapt then you will be good.

Cons

It is who you know and not what you do. There is lack of growth lack of transparency.
