Pros

Staff discounts, close to train, decent salary and apart of the Westfields Sydney building

Cons

Bullying, overworked until 9pm-3am, toxic environment, team members are made to backstab each other, partners unapproachable, no flexibility or humanity, brutal office politics, no genuine connections or networking, very high turnover rate and no opportunity to further career no matter what.

Pros

Training on offer is second to none. A chance to learn from some of the brightest (and friendliest) minds in the profession. The role offers exposure to household name clients.

Cons

Great location but workspaces and tech needs improvement.
