Pros

Reputable international firm with solid branding Hybrid work arrangement Exposure to legal and compliance work at a global level Some colleagues outside the compliance team were professional and collaborative

Cons

Extremely poor structure and onboarding — no proper manuals, SOPs, or consistent processes in place Contradictory instructions from multiple managers, leaving juniors to second-guess and clean up messes Zero real-time guidance or training, yet you're expected to "figure things out" on your own Culture of finger-pointing rather than support, especially when urgent cases are assigned without context High turnover, especially in the compliance team, and it’s not hard to see why Management is more reactive than proactive, and junior staff often bear the blame when things go wrong Salary is at the lower side compared to other law firms out there and benefits is not that amazing Somewhere more like a stepping stone but not for long term career
