Pros
Even though Dentons is a global, there still remains where each office has their own thing but Montreal is unique because of its French. Consequently, a lot of things are a little bit different but it just makes every employee feel more connecting to others.
Cons
A lot departments do their own thing or can get away with doing their own things, so unfortunately, employees that need to interact with multiple departments are just lost because information is constantly changing.
