      Nothing except good infrastructure and facilities

      Cons

      Freshers should avoid at all cost. No work life balance. Project assignment is random. you will be assigned to a random team that won't be in your job description. Work can be mundane. No personal growth. Huge hierarchical system (Open door policy until you don't request a change). Management doesn't care about you (Once in a while you might get a good senior manager). Salary is not good and you will be doing most of the work of your technical lead. Join only for technical lead and managerial positions.
