Pros
If you are looking for a place where you can learn from your collegues and your client, Deloitte is the right place to work for. You will switch between global client and SMB clients with different problemes and solutions. Salary is much better than other place, in the last year the impruve compensations. Summer vacation are long enough to permit an oversea vacation around the world. I bet other employer you could find where you can have five weeks streight of vacation during the summer time. The collegues are (normally) cleaver enough to drink a bear or have fun during work time and off time.
Cons
During the big season is getting hard to take days off during the weekdays.
