      If i would have known before i started…

      access to large client accounts, strategy and analytics knowledge not found in smaller digital agencies, exposure to many other disciples

      Cons

      No clue when it comes to quality user experience work. No clue when it comes to building, mentoring, or sustaining a creative team. Internal systems are terrible; placing a massive admin overhead on each employee. very hierarchy driven, but in a bad way. High staff turnover. Difficult to recruit talent.

      Pros

      Deloitte is an excellent place to start a career. The opportunities to lean and develop you skill set are excellent.

      Cons

      Deloitte likes to talk about their committment to work-life balance. However, th reality is somewhat different. The quality of the working environment differs greatly with which partner you are working with.

      Great place to work but needs better salaries

      Interesting work with big clients, generally great people to work with - the kind you actually want to hang out with after work, good management who really care about your professional development

      Cons

      The salary is definitely smaller than other consulting firms, even lower than consulting firms that are not considered as "good" as Deloitte; while involvement in internal activities is good, the fact that you have to do it can detract from your personal time; if you don't know how to network well and get your name out there, your rating may not be as good
