Extremely bad work culture - - Be prepared to be continuously run down by every above your level - Highly political - In every practice, there will be one or two powerful Partners who will veto all decisions (year end appraisal, salary, promotion etc). If you don't suck up to them, your career will pretty be over 2. Work-life balance - Work, work, work, till you fall down and can no more work. Best for those individuals with no spouses or children or any other personal commitment 3. If you don't dress, talk, and behave like the 'majority of folks', be prepared to face sarcastic comments, continuous poor feedback, and potentially emotional trauma 4. Before joining, do your research on the % of people that get promoted to next level, and to Partner levels. [very low - they make people work, burn them out, they quit]
