      Great colleagues who are straightforward and get things done. Legacy presence in several industries. Great internal knowledge capital resources.

      Cons

      Obligation to focus on Firm activities in spare time. Concentration on fulfilling utilization requirements.

      Great experience, challenging roles, smart people...but not for everyone

      -Extremely intelligent colleagues -Interesting and challenging projects where you will continue to learn and grow -Leadership that truly cares about you -Numerous stretch roles and opportunities that many don't get early on in their careers -Great training opportunities (Deloitte University, local learning)

      Cons

      -20% of the people do 80% of the work outside of client work -Heavy emphasis on firm activities and business development -Despite preaching work life fit, it's not a reality for many (the 20-25% who lead firm activities and BD work)

      Fast pace of learning, tons of options to leave when ready. Solid pay. Emphasis on work-life balance is finally making positive change. Really great people.

      Cons

      Long-term path to partner is extremely demanding (SM level), everything below can be tough but manageable - normal consulting hours.
