      Come here if you wanted to be (under)paid and promoted on tenure rather than experience or outcomes

      Pros

      Came here as a grad and drank the coolaid and made some good friends and met some nice people.

      Cons

      You’ll find as a grad that you’ll have to coach the laterals who get hired in at a higher rank and pay grade to you. Management won’t promote you unless you “do your time” even though they say they are a meritocracy. I guess my advice is if you feel that you’re experienced and competent, don’t bother coming here as a grad.

      - good networking opportunities - nice atmosphere in terms of BAE location - learning curve can be controlled

      Cons

      - treats employees poorly with regards to business expenses and personal growth; terrible reimbursement methods - internal transfers not supported - poor compensation - internally very disorganized - do not work here
