>Tenure based promotion and remuneration (even though the Talkin promotion system claims to be based on performance) >Existing, more experienced employees always get paid below new consultants who've joined the firm from industry, even if they have little to no experience in consulting and are underperformers. >Long hours, sometimes extremely long and unrecognised (e.g. 60+ hours) >Horrible pay - basically the hourly rate of employees who are often advising CEOs or other C-suite executives is often about what you could make in say, a call centre... >Little concern for employee well being & welfare despite publicising things like the 'wellness index' publicly
