HR team is immature and lay back attitude. *Selected candidate will get offer very late,even after months .by that time we get multiple offers from other companies and complete 3 months notice period also. **My referral had bitter experience since Date of joining got postponed in the last minute. candidates need to wait without joining.in fact many candidates were asked to postpone date of Joining due to HR or Business reasons. **Relocation & accommodation details will be at last minute only from HR ,even if some female employee relocation from other location too should face issues, no communication from Talent team on such cases also. *NO coordination between HR team and Business teams on employee concerns and relations. There is no platform to address employee concerns. as a result best performers chose to leave org instead of facing discrimination and exploitation

Company culture is more clients focused rather than employee focused, not a pleasant experience. Given the management accountant title but not doing the real "management accountant" role. And in the interview, talking about the career progress and team collaborating, it is not the real case once you've signed the contract. As a bookkeeper, not be respected and overtime work with no pay. Managers/Seniors are always hold the work till it to be urgent. Compare to Analyst, management accountant does not have training provided nor study support, which is totally different from the contract and interview. Manager/Partner explained as conditions applied (you don't need to learn) If you go to holiday, sick leave, still got calls from the company. And your work is yours, no one covers you when you are away (no collaboration !!) The management style is top down and there is no bottom up feedback, so even though you have great ideas, never can be passed efficiently. Very high turn over of the staffs, no documentation to learn, no proper handover, no matter which level you are. If you ask certain seniors, they ask you "cannot you Google!?" Further, seniors are more concern to the hour rate, they use you, as you are cheap, flat rate, not because you are excellent. If you are excellent and cheap, you're doing more things without appreciate and recognized, as there is no profession in the career, no increase payment. (oh, yes, they do NOT even perform the employee review for you!)
