Horrible place to work! To use the term high stress would be a complete understatement. Senior managers just dump work on you, no training, no support. Definitely witnessed a better work environment for men but even then I saw male employees be treated really badly. People there on all levels only care about themselves and no one speaks up to protect team members. It is a culture of everyone for themselves. Just awfully place honestly, all they care about is money and the client. They pretend to care about talent but actually only care about the client/money.
