      Pros

      Work Life Balance Great Management Great Team members Great Culture

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted and pay is below average. Still very much a hardware company. Software side is not strong and software stack not very up to date. Since Data Science is still new in the company compared to other roles, it's not that matured and there is lack of structured training for new comers. Singaporeans are the minority here. Doesn't feel like home.

      The pay at Dell is good and I like the IRA match.

      Cons

      They let go of their employees due to COVID despite having large profits in their server division. In fact, Dell had greater revenue in 2020 than in 2019. And this year they increased that revenue again.

      Flexible if you needed time off/ needed to go pick up your kids from school and then go back to work

      Cons

      Record high stocks and the sales team is treated like garbage. They completely restructured our sales teams and now C level executives are being more overbearing and telling the entire sales org they aren’t doing enough. New tasks added every single week onto our plates and we are stretched thin as it is.
