      Dell values surround you in your day to day life and work. You are constantly incentivized to do good for others and for the planet. It's in a general, as a company as a unique thing, very flexible and understunding with your personal obligations and needs.

      It needs more people in order to share some day to day responsabilities. That's where new members take action :D
