      Pros

      Great benefits and OTEs for sales are highly competitive. Met great people working there. Overall, a great place to work.

      Cons

      VPs relying on the consulting firm of the month to tell them how they should run their business. I've seen plans blown up at the 11th hour and re-swizzled overnight. Then, full reversal once they realize the plan is failing. The common joke is; "If you don't like the change stick around. We'll be right back to where we are now in a year or so... "

      Great people, great benefits and time off available.

      Cons

      Disconnect between direct sellers and upper leadership, Unrealistic expectations in the name of "progress". Lack of transparency, lack of communication, lack of organizational cohesion. Feels like every change that gets implemented makes my job more difficult and frustrating.
