Business Outlook
Pros
There are good oportunities to growth as a professional and to create a career. Everyday you learn new stuffs about systems and business accumen. We have good benefits as transportation, medical insurance and bonus paid two times a year.
Cons
Besides that we have transportation paid by the company and some of the agents receive in addition a transportation fee I consider that Dell offices are too far from the city. We need to spend to much time to arrive to the office. We need to be ready at least 2hours before our shift starts and when we left we arrive to our homes 2 hours later.
