      Good company, good onsite opportunities and work life balance is excellent. over all great company to work and environment is good

      increment is average . growth a bit slow and some times it take a bit more time . less project. maintenance kind of more work

      Challenge to learn. Experience gained. Talented team mates. Options available provided you have talent and skillset and drive to uncover and pursue them.

      Cons

      Lack of strong pro sales senior management. Lack of overall committment to a single vision. Dell trying to become a services based company but lacking commitment of senior management to do so. There is a huge ship to be turned as Dell tries to move from hardware to services and that ship keeps foundering.

      There is no career program as such available for anyone. One has to find a niche, market himself and develop themselves to get promoted or move to different organizations within dell..
