      1. Excellent work culture. Homely environment. 2. Best paying company in the tricity. 3. All facilities available at disposal. 4. Excellent synchronization with schedules and processes.

      Dell is a good place of employee if you are young and energetic. Dell's culture and values evolve with the community and therefore keeps a nice balance when it comes to matters that are considered politically correct.

      Cons

      Sometimes the value of an employee is not measured by the heart, but by the raw numbers which I think can be shortsided.
