      - good pay, benefits - fast paced challenging environment

      Cons

      - lots of ambiguity, difficult to get info you need to do your job - most projects employ backwards scheduling, scarce resources - difficult communications dealing with a WW organization - not much loyalty to US employees - work/life balance is out of whack

      Pros

      Lots of young people (in sales.) Fun atmosphere, lots of giveaways via contests (computers, money, etc.) Great work site, with state-of-the-art gym and world-class cuisine at the cafeteria.

      Cons

      Initially, the pay was excellent. I was a top producer and regularly took home some very serious cash. Then, the company started using a "team" system, which rewarded those at the bottom and helped the company cut the salaries of those at the top. Also, the company has no problem with working its employees 70 hours a week sometimes. This overtime usually comes with little warning.
