Fairly Decent Work Setting - But Job Could Be Gone at Any Time

Nice people to work with. Half-way decent pay & benefits. Convenience of location in Salisbury. Work-from-home allowances.

Cons

Little-to-no job security (multiple layoffs and 'reorganizing', outsourcing). Poor management - overall and in IT. Outdated policies, IT equipment and technology. Ridiculously bad office politics.

Pros

They are very flexible with your schedule. If you are in high school or college they will work around your school schedule to make sure you can work and go to school.

Cons

One of the downsides is hours. Unless you are management or a team lead you are not aloud to work full time.
