Pros

A lot of people trying to do go good work. Hannaford folks are incredibly smart.

Cons

Support groups like HR and IT are horrible. They have unfair practices. All depends on who likes you and who doesn't. During interview I was asked all types of illegal questions. Should have prepared me for how the whole corporate culture behaves.

A great environment to work in, always very clean and catered towards a nice experience for the customers so you get a bit of that as well. Good managment
