      Pros

      Great experience! Good people and atmosphere. Learned a lot of things.

      Cons

      Too much pressure and work for the first days for me. A lot of walking. According to my pedometer, i walked 27km in my second day. But well, i got used to this. The management puts more and more workload on less and less employees.

      Silos are starting to re-emerge between banners No gym Some of the new KPIs for performance are not controllable Sometime a decision has to be made even without all the information rather than more mental gymnastics Leadership has a hard time seeing the forest through the trees
