Meet great people, work is not to hard, easy to help others, get to use your mvp card, it's a job, and most people do not have one

Cons

There are always cons when an employee is around others for to long. Difficult customers from time to time, lack of respect from managers, lack of leadership, lack of vision, and to much of the same.

It is most of the time fun and friendly place to work as long as u dont mind bending over and getting screwed. bc u get a 1%-2% pay increase on your yearly raise which is about umm nothing...

Cons

same as the above pros and cans are about the same cause i am unsatisfied with the amount of money i make in food lion bc i know i am worh more.
