Pros

Some nice people at corporate that balance out the totally miserable souls. The stores try really hard to do a good job. They have a thankless job!

Cons

The culture needs a lot of work. Company doesn't live the principles they write on their brocures and wall. Inbreeding and nepotism runs rampant! Smart people get squelched!

Pros

Overall is a very pleasant working atmosphere, benefits are very good but insurance is somewhat convoluted to understand. Programs are in place to educate employees, but seem to be counter intuitive to work schedule.

Cons

Company spends mass resources on CRM, but ignores store associates who have the greatest contact with customers. It is very difficult to advance in the buddy system within the company. There is more of a revolving door syndrome than advancement. Company does not provide employment incentives for continuing education.
