Fun job and loves not having someone over your shoulder and great crew I worked with in receiving

Cons

One of the supervisors in upper management was terrible about allowing trucks in way after cut off time which would put our department two and three hours late getting out of there

Helps you understand community and teaches to never burn bridges.

Cons

Trash pay, company cheaps out on everything it possibly can including repairs to vital equipment (unless it loses them money) Grocery crew doesn't get a forklift and have to hand unload trucks, and the truck drivers also get paid poorly. There are no good paying positions except the meat department
