Pay was good, training took it easy at first and ramped it up, they're way more patient than they let on with a few things, and the time off amount was great for a non salary position

Cons

The job itself required a lot of the employees. that makes for a tough environment. 16hr days did happen, 6 hour days too, and there really wasn't much anyone could do about it Biggest complaint was the lack of decent healthcare response to severe injuries, but that may have been a misdiagnosis at the workplace health center
