Not much turnover on upper end. Mostly positive work environment. Stable. Corporate mostly stays out of the way as long as the store is profitable and doing good business.

Cons

Always short handed and not willing to increase pay to keep entry level employees. Little vacation. Low ceiling for non corporate employees.
